This is my Youtube account I made just for my vloging innovation projects.
For most of my innovation projects, I have filmed what I'm doing, or what my project was.
It's been a good way to discover my video abilities and a fun way to engage my fellow students on my projects.

For this project we had to do something that 'makes us tick'. For this project, I had talking about how hiking makes me tick. I used cream fabric and took my hiking boots with mud and walked all over the fabric. While that was drying I found sticks in my backyard, that were somewhat of the same size. I continued by tying the fabric to the ticks with some tick thread. Last I put pictures of my family and I hiking that meant alot or told a fun story, I also but put fun quotes about hiking. This project was fun to do, my mom also helped me so it was fun laughing about old pictures together.

Time mangement
For the first 2 weeks, I decided I needed to mange my time and try to find out little tricks that could help me. I spent the first week figuring out my schedule and mapping out all my events and the times they occur. At the end of week 1, I started researching tricks to help me with the second week. I put those tricks to work in the second week, and ended at the end of that week coming up with my own tips and tricks to mange your time better.-- I hope these can be useful for you!
•While doing homework: Put your phone away from 45 minutes.. Find a quiet place with no distractions (parents, pets, siblings, music etc.)
•Scheduling your week out: Doesn’t need to be hour by hour, but figuring out appointments, homework time (being aware of Test), Sports etc.
•Saying No: I found it hard to say no, but you can’t over schedule yourself. You need YOU time too!
•Prioritize: You need to find your goals, and priorities. You need to make sure you leave time for the things you love and what you’re passionate about.
•Bed time and Morning time: Seems silly!!... But going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday, really helps the flow of your day.
•Don’t Rush: Rushing leads to stress, and that’s the whole point of managing your time (so there’s little stressJ). Leave time in your schedule.

Job search
I started this project with the mindset of trying to find some jobs I would be interested in and be comfortable with. As I started to research some of the jobs I thought I was interested in, I realized this project wasn't about finding my job but finding the ones that I don't want to do and eliminating them.
I started with Teaching:
I have Cadet teaching written down on my schedule for next year, I'm really excited about it! But I need a teacher to cadet for. My mom is very involved in elementary schools because of my dog Ben(he is a service dog for elementary schools)! So I asked for a few names and numbers and from there I started asking around. I loved talking to the teachers and hearing about the students and teachers funny stories, but one teacher said something that has stuck with me. She said "I love teaching, and I think you would be a great teacher, but in this day of age, kids are rude, disrespectful and at times very hard to deal with.. Teaching is just not how it use to be, But I still love it!" After she said this I asked her if I could be her cadet teacher and she said YES! -- But after hearing that and asking around to other teachers about her comment, a lot agreed... this really made me rethink about going into teaching! Right now, I still have an open mind about it because I love kids and I'm super excited to do Cadet teaching,, but for now, that is a closed door!
Secondly, Interior Designing:
I've grown up in a house hold where my Mother always has the HGTV or DIY channel on! And my dad has always been a handy man and can do everything himself! When I was 10 my dad built me my own bunkbed and I'm still sleeping in it.. TO THIS DAY! My grandparents were always creative people so i learned how to paint from my grandmother and my grandfather always tried to teach me how to make blue prints and more using a ruler type stuff... Very structured! My Aunts and Uncles have always told me I should go into something that has to deal with art and being creative! So I have always had Interior designing in the back of my head. As I started to research interior designing as a job, I soon realized that Its really hard to get a job and when you do you never get paid a lot. The only way you can really make some money is if you start your own business.. which is pretty difficult but doable.
Last, ASL:
I have had the honor to be in Ms. Karen's ASL class this year! It was been very fun and impactful and I learn more in that class than I do any other class. And also my cousin is deaf, so my Mom and Dad both grew up signing to him and they still do today. So it's been a big part of our lives. I have enjoyed being in this class and I'm thinking about minoring in it in college. When I started researching being interpreter, I realized they make a ton of money. And then I dug deeper and found out that if you interpret for the government, you make a lot of money! SO this has definitely been the most likely job that Im looking forward too right now.
